Dilu’s life journey from Bhutan through Nepal and ultimately to the United States has been guided by faith, family, education, hard work, and a deep desire to help others. After making New Hampshire her home more than a decade ago, she found one of her first opportunities to serve others as a Nepali-to-English translator. She became a trusted connection for people adjusting to a new country, helping them communicate, understand, and feel less alone.
Determined to build a meaningful life for herself and her family, Dilu worked hard while continuing her education. She graduated from college with two Bachelor degrees. Her education is an important accomplishment, but it is her perseverance, humility, and willingness to work her way forward that truly define her. Throughout every challenge and achievement, her faith has remained her rock—giving her strength, direction, and a firm foundation for how she lives and treats others.
Dilu later became a Personal Care Service Provider, where her natural compassion found its purpose. That firsthand experience gave her a genuine understanding of what clients need, what their families experience, and how important caregivers are to the people who depend upon them. In 2018, she and her husband, Bishnu, founded New Hampshire Home Care Providers LLC with a shared commitment to helping people remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Today, as Administrator, Dilu remains personally connected to the people the agency serves. Whether she is welcoming a new client, supporting a family, encouraging a caregiver, or working alongside a staff member, she brings warmth, patience, and sincere concern to every interaction. Whomever Dilu meets quickly recognizes the deep-seated goodness within her and her genuine desire to make life better for others.
Beyond her work, Dilu is a devoted wife and the proud mother of her son, Sid, whose accomplishments bring her tremendous happiness and pride. Family and faith are at the center of her life, but her kindness extends far beyond her own home. Helping others is not simply the work Dilu chose—it is the very essence of who she is.

Operations Coordinator
Ashley Smith brings both a caregiver’s heart and a manager’s experience to her role as Operations Coordinator at New Hampshire Home Care Providers. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with individuals living with disabilities, autism, Down syndrome, seizure disorders, dementia, mental health challenges, and addiction. These experiences have given Ashley a deep understanding of how important it is to see the person first—not simply a diagnosis or a list of care needs.
Before joining NHHCP, Ashley managed residential programs serving adults with disabilities, where she coordinated staff, schedules, training, medications, appointments, and individualized support plans. She has also provided hands-on care as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in hospitals, residential facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. Having served individuals ranging in age from their thirties to over 100, Ashley understands that compassionate care must always be personal. Every individual has a different story, different needs, and a right to feel heard, respected, and valued.
Ashley is a calm and thoughtful problem-solver who understands that successful home care depends upon far more than schedules and paperwork. It requires listening carefully, supporting caregivers, responding when circumstances change, and making certain that clients and their families know someone is there for them. She brings warmth, patience, and genuine empathy to every interaction.
Away from work, Ashley’s greatest joy is spending time with her family and going on adventures with her two children. She is also actively involved in her community as a member of the board for her son’s football team, helping create an environment where children can build confidence, develop friendships, learn teamwork, and make lasting memories.
For Ashley, helping others is more than a profession—it is a deeply held personal commitment. Whether she is supporting a client, reassuring a family, assisting a caregiver, or helping her coworkers find a solution, her goal remains the same: to make people feel cared for, supported, and never alone.

Human Resources Coordinator
Tricia Younes is a warm and thoughtful person who appreciates the comforts of home, values close family connections, and finds genuine satisfaction in helping others. Her quiet sense of humor, loyalty, and caring nature are qualities she brings to both her personal life and her work. Those qualities have been at the heart of Tricia’s more than 35 years of experience in home care. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with caregivers, clients, clinical professionals, and administrative teams. She understands that dependable home care requires more than schedules, policies, and paperwork. It requires listening to people, recognizing their concerns, and ensuring that they feel respected and supported.
As Human Resources Coordinator at New Hampshire Home Care Providers, Tricia draws upon extensive experience in employee scheduling, staff training and development, conflict resolution, compliance documentation, and administrative operations. She is organized and practical, but she also approaches employee concerns with patience and empathy. Her goal is not simply to resolve an issue, but to find a fair solution that supports both the individual and the organization.
In 2016, Tricia was recognized as Regional Ambassador of the Year for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and spirit of service toward coworkers, vendors, and patients. Those same qualities continue to guide her as she helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for the caregivers and staff members who make compassionate home care possible.
Away from work, Tricia is happiest at home with her two cats, Hassan and Zahra. Most mornings, she awakens with one lying across her chest and the other settled comfortably at her feet. Both stare at her until she accepts that the day will not officially begin until they have been fed.
Morocco also holds a very special place in Tricia’s heart. She was married there more than 30 years ago and continues to adore its culture, warm climate, and wonderful food. Most of all, she treasures the family members who live there and wishes she could travel more often to spend time with them.

Client Services Coordinator
Meagan’s warmth, creativity, and genuine desire to help others are at the heart of who she is. As a Client Services Coordinator, she brings more than 15 years of customer service experience, along with several years of helping patients and families navigate their healthcare needs. She understands that listening carefully, communicating clearly, and showing compassion can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day.
Creativity has always played an important role in Meagan’s life. Her background includes graphic design, photography, and teaching art—experiences that have strengthened her ability to see situations from different perspectives and find thoughtful solutions. Organized, empathetic, and resourceful, she enjoys connecting with new people and approaches every interaction with patience, a friendly attitude, and the belief that a little humor can go a long way.
A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Meagan enjoys painting, drawing, traveling, and spending time with her husband Michael and their dog Max. Whether she is helping a client, solving a problem, or creating something new, she brings kindness, imagination, and a positive spirit to everything she does.

Client Services Coordinator
Originally from Sweden, Christine Sartorelli has called New Hampshire home for more than 20 years. She is a warm and compassionate person who enjoys getting to know people, listening to their concerns and helping families feel supported.
Christine joined New Hampshire Home Care Providers because it gave her the opportunity to return to serving individuals in her community. With a background in direct care, healthcare and medical-office administration, she understands that good care is not only about meeting someone’s physical needs. It is also about treating every person with patience, kindness, dignity and respect.
Family is at the center of Christine’s life. She and her husband, Michael, have four children and ten grandchildren. Their family also includes two cats, Frankie and Josie; a golden retriever named Ottie; and Christine’s horse, Larry Joe, who is a very important member of the family.
Outside of work, Christine is happiest spending time with her grandchildren and animals, enjoying the outdoors or traveling. She brings that same warmth, energy and love of people to the clients and families she serves at New Hampshire Home Care Providers.

Finance Manager
Senida’s Bosnian heritage has provided a strong foundation for the person she is today. The values, traditions, and close family ties she grew up with helped shape her into someone who is caring, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about others. Although she moved to the United States 25 years ago, Bosnia remains an important part of her life. She treasures returning to visit her grandparents and staying connected to the people, places, and traditions that mean so much to her.
Family is at the heart of Senida’s life, especially her niece and nephew, whom she proudly calls “the best little humans on the planet.” She also loves traveling, exploring new destinations, and meeting people from different backgrounds. Speaking three languages has given her an even greater appreciation for the connections that can be created through culture and communication.
Senida also has a natural affinity for numbers. During her more than 10 years in banking, she developed the financial knowledge, attention to detail, and confidence that prepared her for her role as Finance Manager at New Hampshire Home Care Providers.
Today, Senida brings together her love of numbers and her compassion for people. She understands that behind every number is a client, caregiver, or family depending on things being handled carefully and correctly. It is this combination of financial ability, personal warmth, and genuine concern for others that makes Senida such an important and valued member of the NHHCP team.
